Q: What is the philosophy behind The Zen Spot? A: We blend the discipline and focus of Zen philosophy and Samurai principles with the precision required for golf. Our gear is designed to support the "inner game," helping you achieve mental clarity and physical flow on the course.
Q: Where are your products designed? A: All of our Samurai Zen-inspired designs are created in-house.
Ordering & Production
Q: Why does shipping take 6-12 business days? A: Every item is custom-made just for you using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. The total time includes the Production Phase (3–7 business days for printing and quality checking) and the Shipping Phase (3–5 business days for delivery). We appreciate your patience as we craft your gear.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order? A: Since production starts quickly, you can only request a cancellation or change within 4 hours of placing your order. After this window, the item is already being processed and cannot be stopped.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times generally range from 10–20 business days after the initial 3–7 day production period.
Product & Care
Q: How do I choose the correct size? A: Please consult our detailed Sizing Guide linked on every product page. We provide garment measurements (laid flat) so you can compare them to a similar item you already own. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered.
Q: How should I wash my Zen Spot apparel? A: To maintain the quality of the print and the fabric, we recommend washing inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, and either hang drying or tumbling dry on low heat. Avoid high heat and harsh chemicals.
