1. 🥋 Production & Creation Time (The Discipline Phase)

All items from The Zen Spot Golf Shop are created using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means that when you place an order, the garment is custom-printed and prepared just for you.

• Standard Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be custom-printed and quality-checked before it ships.

• High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (holidays, major golf tournaments), production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your gear meets our high standards of quality and detail.

2. 🚛 Shipping & Delivery Time (The Flow Phase)

Once your custom item has completed the production phase, it will be shipped to you.

• Domestic (US) Shipping: After production, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination, but generally range from 10–20 business days after production.
